We have just implemented the flexible work policy.  Half of our staff will be work-from-home.  We handed out phone cards to our staff for official use.  The actual result is terrible especially for support people.  They still need to rely on someone in the office to call them up and ask them to handle the case.  Since we just develop this C123 customer service system, we may as well put it to use by our own staff.  Once it is released, we would expect several thousands users will use this system, especially the one in overseas.  They can just log in to CSA.Company123.com to place a service order and our staff at home or in the office can response.  The next step is to set up a public forum for users to post their comments so that we can improve the system.  Thank you!
